korvantilax.top B.V. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party services or infrastructure. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and resume normal operations as soon as possible.

13. Entire Agreement and Modifications

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and korvantilax.top B.V. regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website.
